Description
Ralgo Lloyd originated in Kagerou, where his father conducted experiments fusing his body with a plant containing his deceased mother's organs during childhood. This led to his designation as "One Who Could Not Become Spirit" and instilled deep bitterness toward the government and his father.

By age twelve, he relocated to Yuusari and became a Letter Bee. Rising through the ranks to Head Bee and later director of the Bee Hive, he maintained a facade of loyalty and a carefree, lax demeanor, deliberately masking his true goal: revolution against Amberground.

He shared a significant friendship with fellow Letter Bee Elena Bran, once telling her, "You're more like a best friend than a partner." A decade after her death, prior to "Light and Blue Night Fantasy," Lloyd entrusted a delivery mission to Lag Seeing. The package, intended for Elena's brother Bart Bran, included matching charms meant for Elena. Lloyd deliberately concealed from Lag that their guide, the aging dingo Darwin, was Elena's former companion, knowing Darwin would abandon the journey if aware of the package's nature.

Dismissed as Bee Hive director by capital inspectors, Lloyd shed his earlier persona. He rescued Zeal from capture and joined the anti-government organization Reverse. Presenting their leader, Lawrence, with a stolen historical book detailing Amberground's past, Lloyd revealed his own origins as "One Who Could Not Become Spirit." He challenged Lawrence's objectives, advocating for a comprehensive revolution to seize control.

His capabilities stem from extensive experience as a former Head Bee, possessing advanced knowledge of Gaichuu combat and letter delivery. He identified the red Spirit Amber implanted in Lag Seeing's eye as the source of Lag's Shindan abilities. Lloyd utilizes a cane as his Shindanjuu, and Elena Bran indicated he lacked a permanent dingo, relying on temporary partners.

Following his alignment with Reverse, Lloyd established a new base of operations in Blue Notes Blues alongside Lawrence.
