Junko Fujihira is Tomomi Fujihira's mother. Her life changes when Hanyuu Masahiko rescues her from harassers during a train ride, leading her into an adulterous affair with him. When Junko later attempts to break off the relationship, Hanyuu reacts badly. He and his partner, Naganuma, then systematically target Junko and her family as part of their coordinated actions.
