Description
Princess Zahrah (known as Safara in Japanese) is a Persian princess featured in the Ancient Persia arc (episodes 67-70, Season 2). She has dark skin, striking teal eyes, and long black hair styled in a thick ponytail with straight-cut bangs. Her regal attire includes a gold tiara centered with a red jewel flanked by emeralds, matching gold heart-shaped earrings and necklace, rose-colored lipstick, and a traditional bedlah: an orange bra layered under a cream strapless torso covering, a long white waist sash, sea green pants, and red Arabian slippers.

Zahrah is kind, friendly, brave, and determined. She habitually expresses gratitude by kissing people on the cheek, a gesture sometimes misinterpreted, particularly by males, though it stems solely from genuine appreciation.

Her story begins in 757 AD when Zayid and the 39 Thieves ambush her royal caravan en route to her palace. Captured and imprisoned in their treasure cave, she discovers a golden lamp containing an Isisaurus dinosaur card. Rubbing the lamp activates the card, freeing the dinosaur. Mistaking it for a genie, she names it "Genie" and befriends it. Genie helps her escape, leading her to the protagonists. She aids their quest for a Cosmos Stone, facing repeated interference from antagonists.

Zahrah later confronts the thieves directly and journeys across the desert with the protagonists on Genie's back. She confides her loneliness, explaining others treat her only as a princess, unlike Genie's unconditional companionship. Reaching her ancestral city (named after her great-great-great-grandmother), she finds it overrun by thieves. Attempting covert entry via a secret tunnel suggested by the conman Aladdin results in an ambush by his partner, Jon-Jon, leading to her temporary capture.

In the climax, Zahrah and the group storm the palace openly using Genie. After antagonist Shear forcibly armors and controls Genie, Zahrah is threatened at the palace roof's edge. Aladdin rescues her, earning a kiss of gratitude. Following Genie's defeat and reversion to card form, the thieves are arrested. Zahrah thanks the protagonists and their dinosaurs with cheek kisses, clarifying her earlier gestures as purely platonic. She remains in her era as the protagonists depart.

Trivia notes indicate visual similarities to Princess Jasmine from Disney's *Aladdin*, with distinctions in hair styling, jewelry details, and color scheme. She also shares some resemblance to Princess Meena.
