A white muzzle and simple pink nose complete the facial features, while a distinctive pink bowtie with a green heart-shaped gem is consistently worn. Purple markings under one paw spell "PS," and a heart shape appears under the other.

Initially exhibiting a cynical and arrogant personality mirroring Mion's early demeanor, Neko-chi often treats other mascots like Rabbit-chi with condescension. Early behaviors include complaining about environmental discomforts such as humidity and dismissing new Prism Stars as unworthy rivals. The mascot frequently boasts about Mion's superiority and inadvertently reveals private details about her, causing embarrassment.
