Description
Mafuyu Oribe, adopted daughter of St. Mikhailov Academy’s vanished former dean Yuudai Yamanobe, endures relentless persecution alongside his biological daughter Tomo Yamanobe. Their tormentors—current dean’s daughter Miyuri Tsujidou and associate Hana Katsuragi—forge Mafuyu into Tomo’s fiercely determined protector, a role she upholds despite their plummeting social standing.

Physically, Mafuyu exhibits light skin, shoulder-length maroon hair, and purple eyes. Her initial measurements (80 cm bust, 56 cm waist, 84 cm hips) undergo drastic shifts due to the Sword of Maria artifact, which funnels latent soma energy into her breasts. During the first season, this energy swells her bust into "Super Breasts" capable of supercharging Qwaser abilities. Post-final battle, her bust shrinks dramatically but later stabilizes at a G-cup size in the second season following repeated soma offerings to Katja.

Her personality blends strong-willed independence, cheerful helpfulness, and hidden vulnerability. She wields a wooden kendo sword daily, reflecting her martial prowess, though she abandoned the kendo club to prioritize guarding Tomo. Despite her resilient exterior, she privately battles shame over perceived weaknesses—especially her inability to confront supernatural threats—yet reveals surprising kinkiness during interactions with Sasha.

Mafuyu’s relationship with Alexander "Sasha" Nikolaevich Hell ignites with hostility (she mocks him as "Tundra Boor") but evolves into profound intimacy. She becomes his Maria, enduring shame as he draws soma from her breasts, and their bond deepens into mutual affection. Sasha eventually confesses his love and vows to return to her after missions.

She holds half the Sword of Maria (split with Tomo in the manga), sealed within an Imperial Egg. This relic manifests as La Pucelle—a shrouded entity boosting her strength and nullifying Qwasers’ elemental bindings. Through training, she learns to project this power defensively.

Mafuyu’s journey shifts her from a physical protector to an active combatant in supernatural wars. She grapples with powerlessness against Qwaser threats yet repeatedly risks herself to shield others, enduring targeted attacks on her soma energy and grueling training under figures like Ekaterina Kurae. Her arc culminates in a pivotal role against Golden Tomo and Fool. Post-battle, her engorged breasts and amplified power fade, but her core bonds persist: Sasha departs promising reunion, and she continues safeguarding Tomo.
