Desireé González is a Mexican dubbing and voice actor recognized for her work in the Latin American Spanish adaptations of numerous anime series and other productions. She began her studies in dubbing in March 2009 under the instruction of Love Santini, a period of training she completed in 2013. Her professional career as a dubbing actor commenced in 2012. A defining characteristic of her work is her vocal versatility, which allows her to portray a wide range of characters, including children, adolescents, and adult women.

González's career is marked by a substantial number of prominent roles in anime. She provided the voice for the character Fei in the series So I'm a Spider, So What?. In Vinland Saga, she voiced a young Thorfinn Thordarson. She is also known for her portrayal of Miko Iino in Kaguya-sama: Love is War, a role she reprised for the series' film, Kaguya-sama: Love is War - The First Kiss That Never Ends. Her other significant anime credits include Chikama Yashiro in Adachi and Shimamura, Lili Ryu in Journal of the Mysterious Creatures, and the titular character Retsuko in the Netflix series Aggretsuko across multiple seasons. Her filmography further extends to Shizuku Yaegashi in Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest, Yūta Sasaki in Cuticle Detective Inaba, Tom Sawyer in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Nazuna Oikawa in the film Fireworks, Should We See it from the Side or the Bottom?, Ayumu Muto in Japan Sinks: 2020, and Ninny Sprangcole in Burn The Witch.

Beyond these roles, González's work is extensive. She was the original voice of Oto in the children's series Doki, which marked her debut in the industry. She also voices the iconic character Monkey D. Luffy in the Latin American Spanish dub of the long-running series One Piece. In 2025, her performance as Maomao in the anime The Apothecary Diaries earned her a nomination for Best Voice Performance (Latin Spanish) at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. In addition to her anime work, she has lent her voice to numerous other animated series, such as La guardia del león, Pinky Malinky, and Snoopy y sus amigos, as well as providing Spanish dubbing for characters in live-action productions like Sex Education, Only Murders in the Building, and Cruel Summer.
