Description
Hishiyasu Ichikawa is a university student enrolled in an unconventional academic seminar focused on abnormal physiology. He cultivates a punk rock aesthetic blended with otaku influences, featuring black hair and black eyes. Multiple silver rings adorn each finger except his thumbs, spelling "ROCK" and "PUNK". He constantly films his surroundings with a video camera, positioning himself as a documentary filmmaker exposing societal hypocrisy, particularly concerning human perversions and sexuality. He expresses disdain for commercial pornography, claiming he could work in the industry but rejects it as artistically compromising.

His behavior embodies rebellious stereotypes, marked by frequent profanity, middle finger gestures, and sudden outbursts of anger. Despite this aggressive persona, he leads a codependent domestic life with his mother within a stable bourgeois household. He directs vulgar language openly towards his mother, who tolerates his behavior unconditionally. This domestic comfort sharply contrasts with his anti-establishment image, indicating an inability or unwillingness to detach from familial security.

Professionally, he focuses his lens on capturing the seminar's activities and his classmates' aberrant behaviors. He shows particular interest in Anna Katou, drawn to her delinquent demeanor yet perplexed by her inconsistent actions. His mysophobia occasionally influences his interactions and filmmaking approach.
