Norihisa Mori is a Japanese voice actor and stage performer born on October 10, 1972, in Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture. His interest in voice acting was sparked during high school after listening to a drama CD, leading him to move to Tokyo and enroll in the voice acting department at Yoyogi Animation Academy. He began his career in the mid-1990s, initially using his name written in kanji as Norihisa Mori.

Mori has built a career characterized by versatility, taking on a wide array of supporting and comedic roles across anime, video games, and tokusatsu series. His extensive anime filmography includes notable appearances in long-running and popular series such as Kochikame, where he voiced multiple characters including Sumida Sentarou, and Hunter x Hunter, where he provided voices for Squala, Amori, and others. He is also recognized for roles in Tennis no Ouji-sama as Arai Masashi and Yanagisawa Shinya, in Major as Tashiro, and in Rurouni Kenshin. In the series Abnormal Physiology Seminar, he voices the character Hishiyasu Ichikawa. His work in the 2011 adaptation of Hunter x Hunter as Nickes is also part of his extensive credits. Beyond anime, his voice can be heard in video game franchises like Prince of Tennis, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Super Robot Wars, as well as in tokusatsu productions such as Tensou Sentai Goseiger and Kamen Rider Ghost.

In addition to his on-screen voice work, Mori is deeply involved in theater. He is a founding and central member of the theater troupe Engeki Shudan Inukkoro, where he not only performs but also takes on roles as a director and playwright. He was also a member of the voice actor unit Revolver, formed with colleagues Eiji Miyashita, Yoichi Masukawa, and Anri Katsu, which fostered close professional relationships. In early 2020, he adopted the professional stage name written in katakana as Norihisa Mori, which retains the same pronunciation as his birth name.
