Description
Yukiko Hime is a Yuki-onna (snow woman) princess from Japanese folklore. She operates as part of the Yokai Patrol, capturing escaped demons from Hell. Her ice manipulation abilities include firing freezing lasers from her left index finger, conjuring ice skates, transmogrifying objects with freezing breath, and wielding a flute that counters hypnosis. She also possesses teleportation and wall-walking powers. Capture scenes frequently expose her vulnerabilities, often involving nudity or restraint.

She harbors persistent romantic feelings for the Yokai Patrol protagonist, Enma, yet consistently rejects his perverted advances. Her portrayal shifts in the 2006 OVA *Demon Prince Enma*, presenting a more mature form with reduced tolerance for Enma's behavior. Injured in combat within this horror-themed series, she utilizes her ice powers to freeze wounds, displaying heightened combat focus.

Within the 2011 series *Ghastly Prince Enma Burning Up*, Yukiko Hime develops significant interactions with the human Harumi Fudo, showing protectiveness during yokai missions. She engages in narrative parodies, including posing as *Astro Boy*'s Uran. Her role expands during the climactic celestial conflict between Heaven and Hell, where she remains loyal to Enma's team despite ideological divisions.

A gender-flipped parody named Yukihige appears alongside Enpi-chan in the 2000 manga spinoff *Dororon Enbi-chan*. This alternate incarnation later features in the final episode of the 2011 anime adaptation.
