Keiichirō Kishikawa is a supporting character and member of the A.G.E. Explorers (All Genre Ero Tankentai), a trio including Takumi Yamashiro and Daigo Kurosaki. This group actively seeks, shares, and discusses erotic materials—primarily pornography—with acquisition and exchange central to their interactions with protagonist Shūsuke Takanashi.

In the anime adaptation, Keiichirō displays indications of developing homosexual feelings toward Shūsuke. These feelings are framed not as inherent to his character but as a trauma-induced psychological reaction, specifically resulting from coercion into reading Boys' Love (BL) literature. The narrative presents them as a delusional response rather than an authentic romantic or sexual orientation.
