Hailing from the planet Pawtner, Nyandestar flees to Earth after The☆Lugh devastates her homeworld. In Mutsuba Town, she partners with fellow alien London to orchestrate an escape, securing her entry into the Organization for Monitoring Interstellar Kriminals (MIK). Stationed at MIK's Mutsuba Town branch, she operates as an enforcer hunting unauthorized aliens on Earth. Assigned as the official partner to Manabu Sogetsu (aka Maddox Sogetsu), she conducts daily patrols alongside him, utilizing her shining eyes to detect extraterrestrial presences and guide Manabu’s pursuits.

Her trajectory shifts when Phaser Ryugu ascends to MIK's leadership in the second season. Nyandestar defects and aligns with Yudias Velgear, Yuamu Ohdo, and Yuhi Ohdo, joining their Ultraterrestrial Tracker Squad (UTS). During the third season, she ventures into the Dark Matter Space—a dimension housing deceased Velgearians—supporting Yudias, Yuhi, Manabu, and Epoch in their mission, even physically carrying Epoch through their explorations.
