Description
Admiral Hibiki commands from a future timeline where humanity's perceived weakness is blamed on soccer's widespread passion. He leads an organization launching Operation Thunder Break, deploying the genetically enhanced team Ogre eighty years into the past. Their mission: eliminate soccer at its perceived source by targeting Endou Mamoru and his influence, aiming to alter history by preventing the sport's rise.
His appearance features white hair, a white mustache and beard, and black opaque sunglasses obscuring his eyes. He wears a peacock blue beret with a purple horizontal stripe and a gold eagle-like emblem, paired with a matching military-style uniform adorned with purple patterns and a carmine red scarf.
Monitoring events from a command base with advisors, he proposes recruiting the antagonistic Kageyama Reiji after Raimon's initial match against Teikoku Gakuen, intending to disrupt Raimon's progress. This plan fails, leading him to acknowledge Endou Mamoru's resilience and the underestimation of his capabilities.
When Raimon qualifies for the Football Frontier finals, he authorizes Ogre's direct tournament participation under the identity of Ogre Gakuen. Addressing his forces, he frames their mission as a necessary sacrifice to create a "better future" through soccer's eradication. Following Ogre's defeat by Raimon, he accepts the outcome without further intervention.
