OVA
Description
Hurricane commands the Psycho Gear fighter squadron defending the Hachiryokaku faction (Aira Army) on Machine Island. She possesses long brown hair, green eyes, and wears a distinctive white toga secured by a single strap with a gold pin. Gold armlets, arm straps, leg straps, and a headpiece featuring a red gem complete her attire, along with a matching gold necklace bearing a red gem and a pink bracelet adorned with a yellow heart, identical to those worn by her squadron members Flash and Misty.

As squadron leader, Hurricane exhibits a serious demeanor and takes deep pride in her unit's vital role protecting the Hachiryokaku fortress from external threats. Initially wary of accepting battlefield aid from outsiders, including the Skull Force, her perspective shifts over time, leading to a respectful acknowledgment of their capabilities. Renowned as one of the most skilled Psycho Gear pilots, Hurricane employs psychic enhancements to generate protective barriers, significantly amplified through coordinated efforts with her squadron.

Her history includes leading her squadron against Kiba's forces. During one conflict, she rescued Tsubasa Yuki, the sole survivor of a destroyed airship, bringing her to Hachiryokaku for recovery. When Kiba's army launched a subsequent major assault, overwhelming Hurricane's squadron, the timely intervention of the Mazinkaiser SKL repelled the attackers. Hurricane and her team then engaged surviving enemy units and the Garan Army. Following the destruction of the Gravity Curtain, Hurricane, Flash, and Misty transitioned to piloting the Iron Maiden squad under the worldwide government organization WSO.

Conceptually, Hurricane originates from the character of the same name in the *Violence Jack* manga; her name specifically derives from a transformation variant of Cutey Honey.
