Jenny De Cesarei is an Italian voice actor known for her extensive work in anime dubbing, video games, and other media. Born in Milan on January 12, 1975, she developed an interest in performance from a young age and trained at the Centro Teatro Attivo in Milan, also studying at the international theater school of Kuniaki Ida. Her career in dubbing began in 1997, and she has since become a prominent figure in Italian voice acting studios.

De Cesarei has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime series. She is the Italian voice of Ermes Costello in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean and Fenneko in the first and later seasons of Aggretsuko. In the Sword Art Online franchise, she voices the Integrity Knight Sheyta Synthesis Twelve in Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld and its second part. Her other significant anime roles include the inventor Mei Hatsume in My Hero Academia, Perona in One Piece and its film Stampede, and Ai Shindō in City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes. She also provided the voice for Dolores in Zone of the Enders: Idolo and Sheena in the Pokémon movie Arceus and the Jewel of Life. Her repertoire includes roles in long-running series such as Julie Makimoto in the Bakugan Battle Brawlers franchise and its sequels, Rein in Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime and Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime Gyu!, and Kawai Kawai in Iczelion. She is the Italian voice of the fan-favorite character Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect trilogy and has voiced numerous characters across the Assassin's Creed franchise, including Rebecca Crane. Her other notable video game roles include Cait in Fallout 4 and the Angel Guardiano in the Borderlands series.
