Description
Lir Orla, the eldest Orla sibling with short pink hair and a consistently calm, reserved demeanor, serves as a solo agent for the Gastark Empire, specializing in infiltration and assassination. This sets him apart from his siblings Sui and Kuu, who often work together. He shares a deep history with Gastark's leadership, having grown up alongside Riphal Edea and Rigwaltz Pentest (Lize), forging childhood bonds rooted in loyalty to their nation.

He possesses extensive knowledge of supernatural elements, including Cursed Eyes, Rule Fragments, and legendary entities. This expertise allows him to identify Ryner Lute's latent "The Solver of All Equations" ability, which his brother Kuu overlooks. Lir wields two Rule Fragments: the *Ring of Thunder Beasts*, which summons and manipulates lightning beasts for offense, defense, and mobility; and *Spunquel*, an emerald orb used to lethally extract and crystallize Cursed Eyes from their bearers. He collects these crystallized eyes, which can forcibly trigger rampages in Alpha Stigma bearers like Ryner.

His actions demonstrate ruthless efficiency. In Episode 12, he battles Miran Froaude after purging nobles, escaping via a Lino Doue crystal that engulfs the area in blue flames. Later, he attempts to assassinate King Sion Astal in Roland but retreats when Lucile Eris nullifies his lightning beasts. His most consequential acts occur in Episode 19–20: he ambushes the God's Eye Group sanctuary, killing caregivers Lafra and Pueka along with an unnamed child. Using Spunquel, he extracts Pueka's Alpha Stigma and tries to incite Ryner's rampage with a crystallized eye, though this fails. A flashback reveals his prior massacre of 38 stigma-bearing children under Tiir Rumibul's protection, crystallizing their eyes for Gastark. His cruelty during these events, including taunting Tiir about consuming the deceased, underscores his commitment.

Later, he steals Ryner's Alpha Stigma during a battle with Geihlficlant, believing the extraction would be fatal. This act inadvertently fulfills Vois Feurel's plan, triggering Ryner's full awakening as the Lonesome Demon. Lir's motivations align with Gastark's ideology of "The Needs of the Many," justifying violence to prevent world-ending threats. His personal actions lack the moral conflict seen in allies like Riphal. His loyalty remains exclusively to Gastark, with no compassion shown to outsiders.
