Chokirin Besta is a minion serving antagonists Joma and Makao. She possesses magical abilities and wields them against Toppema Mappet. Her appearance features dark skin, long gray or blonde hair, and a distinct outfit: a yellow bathing suit, high boots, and a hair ornament shaped like scissors from the rock-paper-scissors game. Among the minions, she exhibits a "bad character." In magical duels with Toppema, Chokirin is ultimately defeated and destroyed when engulfed by a blinding halo of light generated through magical cards. This destruction reveals and releases Misae Nohara, who had been transformed and imprisoned within Chokirin's form.
