Estívaliz Lizárraga is a Spanish voice actress born on April 7, 1977, who works primarily in dubbing for the Spanish market. She is best known for providing the Spanish voice for the iconic character Doraemon across numerous films and specials in the long-running franchise.

Lizárraga has built an extensive career voicing a wide range of characters in anime series and films dubbed into Spanish. Among her most prominent roles is that of Doraemon, which she has voiced in multiple productions, including the feature films Stand By Me Doraemon and its sequel Stand By Me Doraemon 2, as well as 2112: The Birth of Doraemon. She has also voiced Kiteretsu in Kiteretsu Daihyakka.

Another significant and long-running role is that of Tooru Kazama, a friend of the protagonist in the immensely popular Crayon Shin-chan series. Her film credits for this role include Eiga Crayon Shin-chan: Gachinko! Gyakushū no Robo Tō-chan, Crayon Shin-chan: Otakebe! Kasukabe Yasei Ōkoku, and many others in the franchise. She has also taken on other characters within the Crayon Shin-chan universe, such as Chokirin Besta in Crayon Shin-chan: Henderland no Daibōken and Jacqueline Feeney in Crayon Shin-chan: Densetsu o Yobu Odore! Amigo!.

Her body of work in anime includes a variety of other significant roles. In the classic series Dear Brother, she voiced the characters Nanako Misono and Kaoru Orihara.
