Suzuyo Miyatsuji, the younger sister in the Miyatsuji family, attends Ikaruga High School where her mother Kasumi serves on the trustee board. She harbors intense admiration for fellow student Kaneshiro Shoichi, seeing him as a popular heartthrob idolized by female students. This fixation originates from Shoichi rescuing her from a group of rapists, creating profound indebtedness and romantic feelings. Her obsession grows so strong she is caught fantasizing about him intimately.

Suzuyo becomes increasingly entangled in Shoichi's schemes, especially after he orchestrates the theft of exams to avoid expulsion.
