She has long, straight black hair that reaches past her hips, gray eyes, and is often depicted wearing a blue tikka on her forehead. Her background is tied to her admiration for the Zenon Warriors, particularly Zenon himself, whom she idolized from childhood. When she encounters Beet and recognizes that he carries the Saiga inherited from the Zenon Warriors, she regards their meeting as a fateful event, believing that Beet will grow to become like Zenon.

Milfa is flirtatious in demeanor, especially toward Beet, though Beet tends to be oblivious to her advances. She later develops romantic feelings for Kissu after he saves her and demonstrates exceptional skill with tengeki, or divine power. Her flirtatious nature also extends to Slade at times, but she expresses disdain for him because she does not find him enjoyable or fun. Despite this, she shows support for Kissu during his moments of hardship. She considers Poala to have great potential and views their combined lightning and fire abilities as a strong partnership, sometimes acting as a mentor figure to Poala.
