Pinky Rebucas is a prominent Filipino voice actor and dubbing director with a career spanning over two decades. She entered the voice acting industry in 1998, working on a wide variety of material including Korean series, cartoons, and eventually anime, an experience that would shape her future role as a director. Rebucas is perhaps best known for her portrayal of numerous iconic anime characters in their Tagalog-dubbed versions. She is the definitive voice of Mikoto Misaka, playing the role across multiple titles in the franchise, including A Certain Scientific Railgun, A Certain Magical Index, A Certain Magical Index II, and the film A Certain Magical Index: The Miracle of Endymion. She also voiced the character in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun OAV. Another significant role is Kirche in The Familiar of Zero series, including The Familiar of Zero: Rondo of Princesses and The Familiar of Zero: Knight of the Twin Moons.
