Description
Kiddy Phenil, an Aboriginal Australian born October 4, 2005, served as a police officer in Mega-Tokyo. A near-fatal pursuit of the megadyne combat android Wire necessitated extensive cybernetic reconstruction. Initial cybergraft upgrades led to a full combat conversion, leaving her with lasting emotional conflict over her mechanical body and its connection to her near-killer.

Recruited by Rally Cheyenne into the Attacked Mystification Police (AMP) around 2023, she joined the unit combating interdimensional Lucifer Hawks. Her cybernetic enhancements granted immense physical strength, making her the team's strongest member. She wielded heavy weaponry like the Graviton, displaying a proactive, often aggressive approach to enemies.

Emotionally volatile, she exhibited frequent passionate outbursts of frustration and anger and a strong inclination towards violent confrontations. This combative nature extended to enjoying Tokyo's nightlife and cuisine with intensity. She harbored deep-seated mistrust of the Tokyo Police Force, particularly officer Ralph Bowmers, leading to initial confrontations. Their relationship gradually evolved into a romantic one despite organizational tensions.

Her living habits were notably untidy, contrasting her professional discipline. She suffered from significant sleep-fighting, posing physical danger to anyone nearby during episodes. Initial distrust towards teammate Katsumi Liqueur transformed into a close friendship, persisting even after Katsumi temporarily allied with the antagonist Ganossa and injured her.

Physically, she stood approximately 5'4" to 5'5" tall with dark skin, dark hair, and dark (purple in some sources) eyes. Her blood type was B.
