Lisa Ann Beley is a Canadian voice actress and teacher, recognized for her extensive work in anime dubbing and animation, where she frequently lends her voice to characters with an air of authority, royalty, or maternal strength. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, she moved to Vancouver to pursue her education, graduating from the University of British Columbia's acting program with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1990. She later returned to academia, earning a Master of Fine Arts from York University in 1997, along with a diploma in voice teaching.

Beley's career in anime voice acting is prolific, particularly through her work with Ocean Productions in Vancouver. She became a notable presence in the English dubs of numerous series during the 1990s and 2000s. One of her most recognized roles is that of Relena Darlian, later Relena Peacecraft, the idealistic female lead in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and its sequel, Endless Waltz.
