The artifact is sought by Laocorn Gaudeamus, a wealthy and ambitious man who believes it will grant him the power to control the world. Laocorn’s sister, Sulia, opposes his plans and seeks to prevent the Armor’s misuse.

The narrative begins with Terry and his friends encountering Sulia, who warns them of the dangers posed by the Armor of Mars. As the story unfolds, it is revealed that the artifact is tied to an ancient legend and possesses immense destructive potential. Laocorn, driven by a desire for power, begins to awaken the Armor’s abilities, leading to catastrophic consequences. Terry and his allies must confront Laocorn and his forces, including skilled fighters like Cheng Sinzan and Billy Kane, to stop the Armor from falling into the wrong hands.

Throughout the film, the characters face intense battles and personal challenges. Terry’s determination and sense of justice are tested as he confronts Laocorn’s growing power. Sulia’s internal conflict between her loyalty to her brother and her moral convictions adds depth to the narrative. The film explores themes of power, responsibility, and the consequences of unchecked ambition, culminating in a climactic showdown where Terry and his friends must prevent the Armor of Mars from unleashing global destruction.

The story is driven by a mix of action, drama, and supernatural elements, with the central conflict revolving around the Armor of Mars and its potential to reshape the world. The film stays true to the spirit of the "Fatal Fury" series, featuring familiar characters and their signature fighting styles while expanding on the lore of the games.
