Olivier Cuvellier is a Belgian actor, stage director, and artistic director who is widely recognized for his extensive work in dubbing, particularly for anime and animated films. He studied at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD) in Belgium from 1983 to 1987. His career in voice acting began in France during the 1980s, and he continued working there until the late 1990s before returning to work in Belgium.

Cuvellier is most known for his long-running role as the voice of Sanji in the French-language adaptations of the long-running anime series One Piece. He has voiced the character in numerous films related to the franchise, including One Piece: L'Aventure de l'île de l'horloge, One Piece: Le Royaume de Chopper, l'île des bêtes étranges, One Piece: Le Baron Omatsuri et l'Île secrète, One Piece: Strong World, One Piece: Z, One Piece Gold, and One Piece Film: Stampede. He also provided the voice for Sanji in the specials One Piece 3D2Y: Overcoming Ace's Death! Luffy's Pledge to His Friends and One Piece Episode of Merry: Mō Hitori no Nakama no Monogatari.

In addition to his work on One Piece, Cuvellier has voiced other prominent anime characters. He is the voice of Jiraya in the Naruto series, appearing in multiple films such as Naruto Shippuden: Les Liens, Naruto Shippuden: La Flamme de la volonté, and Naruto Shippuden: Road to Ninja. He has also lent his voice to characters in Yu-Gi-Oh!, the character of Grim in the series Radiant, Bob in Cowboy Bebop, le film, Tomizawa in La tour au delà des nuages, Lugia in Pokémon 2: Le pouvoir est en toi, and Haohmaru in Samurai Shodown: The Motion Picture. His work also includes the role of Hikage in Blood Reign: Curse of the Yoma and various characters in the Transformers: Cyberverse series.

Beyond animation, Cuvellier has had a prolific career dubbing live-action films and television series. He has been the French voice for actors such as Tim Robbins, Dermot Mulroney, and Paddy Considine. His television dubbing credits include roles in series like The Haunting of Hill House and Mutant X. Cuvellier is also active in theater, both as an actor and a director, and has taught drama for over twenty years. His stage name is sometimes alternatively spelled as Cuvelier.
