Márcia Regina de Lima is a Brazilian actress, voice actress, and dubbing director, born in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, on October 1, 1971. She is the sister of fellow dubbing professional Mauro Eduardo. Her career in performance began early, with an acting role in the 1978 telenovela João Brasileiro, o Bom Baiano on the now-defunct Rede Tupi. She later became the official announcer for the now-defunct television channel Animax. In the field of dubbing, she is also recognized for her directorial work on projects such as the series Transformers: Robots in Disguise.

Regina is a prominent and celebrated figure in São Paulo's dubbing industry, with a career spanning several decades. Her work has earned her multiple accolades at the Prêmio Yamato, often referred to as the "Oscar da Dublagem Brasileira" (the Oscar of Brazilian Dubbing). She was part of the dubbing teams honored for their work on O Mundo de Beakman in 2004 and Sailor Moon in 2005. In 2007, she won the award for Best Supporting Voice Actress for her role as Shampoo in the anime Ranma 1/2. Her contribution to the 1996 dubbing of the anime Shurato, produced by Dubla Vídeo, is considered a landmark in Brazilian anime dubbing history.

Her extensive voice work in anime includes several of the roles specified. She is widely known as the long-running Brazilian Portuguese voice of Misty in the Pokémon franchise, a role she has voiced in the main series, as well as in films such as Pokémon 4Ever and Pokémon Heroes - Latias & Latios. In the Sailor Moon universe, she voiced Michiru Kaioh, also known as Sailor Neptune, in the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. For the same film, she also provided the voice for Ami's mother, a secondary role. Her anime credits also include the role of Eira in Ellcia, Chiharu Mihara in Cardcaptor Sakura, and Lime in Saber Marionette J. Further anime roles include characters in Shurato, Professor Juniper in Pokémon: Black and White, and Kyoko Milchan in Heat Guy J.

Beyond anime, Regina's dubbing career is extensive. She has been the voice for numerous Hollywood actresses in Brazilian versions of films and series, including Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé Knowles, and Britney Spears. She is also known for voicing April O'Neil in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, Hayley Smith in American Dad!, and Ana Lucia in the television series Lost.
