TV Special
Description
Lady Jo is a member of the all-female terrorist group Bloody Angels, targeting Lupin III and his associates. She operates within their elite unit, the Lucky Clovers, serving as an antagonist counterpart to Fujiko Mine within the group.

Discrimination based on her sexuality by American right-wing groups contributed to her motivations for joining the Bloody Angels. She typically presents as a Bifauxnen, wearing masculine clothing and minimal makeup, leading to initial gender ambiguity. This presentation prompts Fujiko to address her with masculine terms during their encounters.

In combat, Lady Jo demonstrates proficiency with nunchaku and martial arts, engaging Fujiko in physical confrontations. During one encounter, she damages a car window while attacking Fujiko, then uses the resulting blood from her cut cheek as improvised lipstick. She also attempts to distract Fujiko through romantic advances, including an almost-kiss scene in a vehicle, though Fujiko rejects these overtures.

Her character undergoes a significant visual transformation during the climax, abandoning masculine attire for an elaborate feminine ensemble including a blue dress with opera gloves and a large parasol, while also switching to using an anti-tank rifle as her weapon.

Official character bios describe her as a Depraved Bisexual who enjoys flirting with women, subverting expectations of a Butch Lesbian archetype. Following the disbandment of the Bloody Angels and the deaths of other Lucky Clovers members, she remains the sole survivor from the group's elite unit.
