Description
Seira Hazuki is an artificial human created alongside Honey Kisaragi through a Panther Claw project led by Dr. Kisaragi and Prince Zera, designed with the Airborne Element Fixing Device. After the project's abrupt termination and the incubation machine's destruction, Panther Zora and Prince Zera adopted Seira while Dr. Kisaragi raised Honey, leading to her integration into Panther Claw.
Initially appearing as a demure transfer student at Saint Chapel Academy, Seira concealed a cold, sadistic nature and deep-seated grudge against Honey. Her true identity surfaced as Misty Honey, Cutie Honey's self-proclaimed twin sister and rival combatant. This hostility originated from Panther Zora's Mark of Hatred implanted on her chest, which fueled her resentment and involuntarily spawned monsters from her transformation device.
As Misty Honey, Seira possessed distinct limitations: she could only maintain this single form, lacking Honey's transformative versatility.
