Michiko Kawai was ATV television's established weather reporter for their perpetually low-rated broadcasts. She lost this position when substitute Keiko Nakadai deliberately flashed her underwear during a live report. The resulting ratings surge cost Michiko her role as Keiko permanently took over.

Displaced and burning for revenge, Michiko conspired to sabotage Keiko, attempting to spike her tea with laxatives before a broadcast. Keiko anticipated this, switched their teas, and exacted revenge as Michiko ingested the laxative herself. This led to Michiko's severe on-air humiliation when she lost control during her report. Keiko watched from her apartment, satisfied.

This public disgrace brought Michiko to the brink of termination from ATV. To keep her job, she was forced into a subservient role under Keiko. This involved performing degrading tasks like licking Keiko's lingerie clean and being compelled to perform non-consensual sexual acts, specifically cunnilingus, on Keiko, establishing a clear dominatrix-submissive dynamic.

Michiko later aligned with Kaori Shimamori, Keiko's new rival who used political connections to undermine her. Despite their collaboration, Kaori discovered the nature of Keiko and Michiko's relationship. In the series' concluding scene, Kaori joined Keiko in further humiliating Michiko. Kaori enticed Michiko into performing oral sex on her, solidifying Michiko's subjugation by both women, observed by Keiko with passive approval.

Michiko's trajectory saw her fall from professional authority into repeated humiliation and sexual exploitation. Her attempts to retaliate or regain status consistently failed, sinking her further into degradation and cementing her role as a dominated figure within ATV's power struggles.
