His physical presence and charisma lead Amano Jyaku to mistake him for the Chōjin, a prophesied unifier of multiple realms, directly causing his demise. In the manga continuity, Ozaki plays a more substantial role compared to his limited appearance in the original OVA series, where he features only in the first volume.
