Kasha Imhof started as a teenage colonist on the planet Solo, living alongside friends Cosmo Yuki and Deck Afta before the Buff Clan’s assault. When hostilities erupted, she entered combat directly and rapidly ascended to primary pilot of the Ideo-Buster/Sol-Amber component—the legs of the combined Ideon robot. Though recognized as a competent pilot, her aggressive disposition and volatile temper consistently ignited clashes with adult crew members and fellow pilots aboard the Solo Ship. This temperament fueled early distrust and criticism toward Karala Ajiba after the Buff Clan defector joined the crew, reflecting Kasha’s resentment over alien roles in colonist deaths.

Her character underwent significant evolution across the narrative. Despite initial hostility, she gradually cultivated mutual respect with Cosmo, though disagreements endured. Crucially, her antagonism toward Karala shifted to acceptance and fierce protectiveness, especially upon learning of Karala’s pregnancy. Kasha and Cosmo designated the unborn child "Messiah," believing it could control Ide energy and symbolize future peace. This transformation spurred her to relinquish Ideo-Buster piloting duties to Deck Afta, focusing instead on shielding Karala aboard the Solo Ship as conflict escalated.

During a critical battle sequence—amid intense firefights between Solo Ship defenders and invading Buff Clan forces—Kasha suffered fatal injuries. Explosive shrapnel tore through her body, and her shattered visor propelled glass into her eyes, hastening her death. She fell while actively engaged in defensive actions aboard the ship. Her demise added to the cumulative casualties within the Solo Ship’s crew as the conflict reached its end.
