Youko Sumeragi operates as an undercover agent aboard a train during the Russo-Japanese war era. Maintaining a disguise as a male diplomat essential to her mission, her inexperience in espionage makes her vulnerable to threats from fellow passengers who detect her operational weaknesses.

Her mission centers on confronting Kazuo Saiga, the "Siberia Tiger," identified as the mastermind behind these threats. Their encounter erupts into a physical struggle charged with erotic tension. Youko attempts an uppercut to Kazuo's head, which fails. Kazuo counters with a punch to her stomach, forcing her to vomit. He pins her against a wall, ridiculing her combat skills, then drives his thighs into her stomach again, propelling her violently through the train window. She survives this expulsion.
