Description
Sloan serves as the primary antagonist in the narrative's latter portion. Initially appearing calm, calculating, and highly intelligent, he spearheads the clandestine organization Phantom Renegade. His past includes significant expertise in Medarot development and programming, indicating a background in advanced robotics or AI research.

Sloan's core motivation is a radical vision for Medarots and humanity: he believes they represent evolution's next stage and seeks to forcibly merge human consciousness with Medarot technology. His goal is creating a superior life form under his absolute control, driving all actions with ruthless pragmatism and a readiness to sacrifice others.

He operates strategically from the shadows, manipulating events and individuals to advance Phantom Renegade's goals. Sloan pilots a uniquely powerful, technologically advanced Medarot – a black Metabee Robottle surpassing standard models. This machine acts as both his weapon and an ideological symbol.

Throughout the conflict, Sloan displays immense confidence in his plan and intellectual superiority. He views opponents, especially Ikki Tenryou, merely as obstacles to progress, often underestimating their resolve and the strength of their bonds with Medarots. He exhibits little empathy, seeing organic human limitations as flaws requiring eradication through technological transcendence.

As confrontation escalates, Sloan's demeanor shifts. Facing persistent resistance and subordinate failures, his calm facade occasionally fractures, revealing intense frustration and a growing obsession with eliminating Ikki. He resorts to increasingly extreme measures, culminating in a desperate attempt to forcibly absorb the protagonist's Medafighter spirit during their final battle.

Sloan's ultimate act involves a direct neural interface with his Medarot, attempting physical and mental fusion to achieve his evolutionary vision. This merger results in an unstable monstrosity. Despite granting immense power, this fused state's inherent instability and the unwavering resistance he faces lead to his defeat. The overload and destruction of his fused form mark the end of his plans and existence.
