Description
Arcbeetle Dash began as a prototype Medabot designed by Dr. Maizu Zora at the Medabots Corporation. Dr. Aki deemed its advanced capabilities too powerful for public release, leading to storage. The emergence of the Kilobot threat prompted the Corporation to reintroduce Arcbeetle Dash alongside Tyrelbeetle as countermeasures. During a demonstration, Metabee tested Arcbeetle Dash's body but struggled with its weight and movement, resulting in poor performance.

Later offered as a tournament prize, Arcbeetle Dash was won by Ginkai. Reflecting on the importance of partnership, Ginkai installed his previous Medabot Bayonet's Kabuto Medal into it. This transfer retained Bayonet's personality traits and memories, renaming the unit "Arc-Dash" and establishing it as Ginkai's primary partner based on mutual respect rather than forced control.

Arc-Dash exhibits a stubborn and independent personality, frequently disregarding orders while remaining fiercely loyal to Ginkai. It developed a romantic attachment to the Medabot Peppercat, notably using its Medaforce attack against Blakbeetle for damaging her, demonstrating emotional connections beyond programming. Arc-Dash possesses a rare Medal granting access to the Medaforce, a powerful energy-based attack usable in critical moments.

In combat, Arc-Dash specializes in shooting attacks. Its head part, Appendix, executes a Laser attack distinct from Arcbeetle's Beam-type Prominence, offering one additional usage despite lower individual part strength. A key feature is its ability to Medachange into a car-like Vehicle form with identical attacks. This form later evolved into a Flight type in Medarot 8, gaining upgraded drives like Hyper Beam and an Adapter effect. Further adjustments occurred in Medarot 9, reclassifying its head as a Heavy part with corresponding leg modifications for support.

During major conflicts, Arc-Dash combined with Tyrelbeetle to form Masterbeetle. This combined entity defeated the Kilobot Redrun but was subsequently overpowered by Gryphon, highlighting Arc-Dash's role in high-stakes battles and its compatibility with other advanced Medabots.
