Description
Jean Minakaze, alternately known as Jan Minakaze, is a human orphan whose parents perished in a Decepticon Dinoforce assault on their spacecraft returning from Mars. Rescued as an infant by Autobot leader Star Saber, he grew up among Autobots, forging a profound bond with his surrogate father. This upbringing cultivated technical prowess and courage, driving him to build the bipedal robotic Illumina II and a hover-board for mobility. His wardrobe—a hoodie, suspenders, and sockless high-top sneakers—echoes a utilitarian aesthetic shaped by Autobot influences.

Enrolled at Schwimmbad School to socialize, he befriended classmate Illumina, eventually marrying her by 2050. Their family, joined by a child, fled Neo Scramble City during a Quintesson invasion with Astrotrain’s aid. In his youth, Jean aided the Autobot Rescue Patrol Team, safeguarding civilians from Decepticon threats. His resourcefulness emerged when piloting Star Saber’s V-Star to defend his school from Leozack’s attack, though Holi rescued him mid-crisis due to absent parachute training.

Central to his growth was his bond with Star Saber, defined by mutual protectiveness and clashes during missions against foes like Liokaiser. These conflicts underscored their evolution, as duty overrode personal friction. Jean later founded the "Autobot Boy Team" with allies Shūta Gō and Cab, until his long-lost sister Patty Minakaze surfaced. Raised by Autobot Victory Leo, Patty exposed their family’s link to gurunium alloy—integral to Victory Leo’s frame—and assumed team leadership, relegating Jean to lesser tasks.

His narrative deepened through a rivalry with Solon, a Decepticon-aligned cyborg masquerading as a human student. Solon’s bids to enlist him into a "Decepticon Boy Team" under Deathsaurus’s patronage challenged Jean’s loyalty, yet he steadfastly upheld his allegiance to Star Saber. Their encounters unveiled fleeting vulnerabilities, such as Solon’s hesitation when Patty invoked maternal symbolism, suggesting latent emotional parallels.

Across his journey, Jean transitioned from a guardian-dependent child to an active participant in galactic strife, harmonizing human ties with Autobot duties. His legacy persisted in future timelines, navigating crises alongside his family while upholding his pledge to protect others.
