Description
Violenjiger coalesced from the vengeful souls of countless fallen Decepticon warriors who refused eternal rest. These spirits merged into a single entity on the Tenth Planet, transforming it into his desolate base by shrouding the world in dark, starless clouds.
Proclaiming himself the New Emperor of Destruction, he wields supernatural powers born from the collective hatred of his constituent spirits. These abilities allow him to resurrect deceased Decepticons, enhance their capabilities, upgrade their forms, and increase their size. He recruits followers with these gifts, assembling the Nine Great Demon Generals: Bruticus, Predaking, Abominus, Menasor, King Poseidon, Devastator, BlackZarak, Trypticon, and Overlord. Violenjiger seeks to establish a "Decepticon Zone" by conquering space, requiring vast super energy. He commands his generals to seize the Autobot-developed Energon Z and the primordial life-creating orb, the Zodiac, intending to fuse their energies to forge a new planet under his control.
Physically, Violenjiger manifests as a colossal, shadowy being bearing three distinct demonic faces. He can separate into three giant insectoid components: Vion (a stag beetle), Lenger (a mole cricket), and Iguarn (a mantis). His true essence is an infernal, spectral mass of flaming Decepticon spirits, resembling a ghastly phoenix. This form possesses a critical vulnerability to concentrated rainbow energy.
In his initial campaign, Violenjiger and his generals destroyed Feminia, nearly killing Autobot leader Victory Saber. After his generals secured Energon Z and located the Zodiac on Earth, Violenjiger intervened personally to claim the orb. Retreating to the Tenth Planet with hostages like the Micromaster Moonradar and humanoid allies, he battled the Powered Masters (Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, Roadfire) in his tripartite insectoid form. Though initially overwhelming, his components were defeated individually. Forced into his spectral form, he was destroyed when the Powered Masters combined into Big Powered and executed the "Rainbow Powered Attack," piercing him and leaving a rainbow trail. This defeat dispelled the evil miasma, restoring the Tenth Planet.
Violenjiger's spectral nature allowed reconstitution. By 2035, he reformed on the Tenth Planet. Ambushing investigating Powered Masters, he destroyed them and possessed their bodies through Vion, Lenger, and Iguarn to exploit their Powered Engines, harnessing the Zodiac's full power. In 2038, serving the cosmic entity Dark Nova (later revealed as his creator in some continuities), he attacked Optimus Prime for the Zodiac. While successful in stealing it, Lenger and Iguarn were defeated by resurrected Powered Masters. Vion exhausted the Zodiac's energy in a failed attack, forcing Violenjiger to retreat to recharge using Energon Z.
Continuing service to Dark Nova, he technoformed a planet into "Unicron Neo," a shell for his master. Later, alongside Metrotitan and the Metrosquad, he raided planet Micro. During the battle, his components—still possessing the Powered Masters' bodies—faced upgraded Autobot forces. Lenger and Iguarn were destroyed by Dai Atlas and Roadfire using borrowed Powered Engine abilities. Vion, the last component, was overwhelmed by the reunited Powered Masters as Big Powered. Dai Atlas reclaimed his Powered Engine, causing Violenjiger's spirit(s) to dissipate once more, presumably returning to the afterlife.
