Description
Danan LeBeau wields the Divine Blessing of the Martial Artist, granting him exceptional combat proficiency. He possesses a muscular physique, short white hair, and typically wears brown attire accented with shoulder and arm plates. A significant feature is the absence of his right hand, lost during a confrontation with the Asura Demon Shaisandan while searching for Gideon after leaving the Hero's Party.
Once master of a destroyed dojo, Danan joined the Hero's Party seeking the fastest route to defeat the Demon Lord. During this time, he respected Gideon's strategic abilities. Following Gideon's banishment by Ares Srowa, Danan's relationship with Ares soured into intense animosity due to Ares' ineffective leadership and the party's subsequent decline. Outrage over Ares' actions ultimately drove Danan to resign; Yarandrala departed around the same time, fragmenting the party.
Danan traveled to Zoltan to recruit Gideon, now known as Red, back into the party. During this period, Ares openly betrayed the party by allying with the demon general Shaisandan. Danan confronted Ares directly, fighting the traitor on behalf of Ruti and Red. He expressed no sympathy following Ares' death, maintaining his disdain for the betrayal.
After the dissolution of the Hero's Party prompted by Ruti's decision to relinquish her role, Danan stayed in Zoltan for several days before departing for his hometown. Before leaving, he questioned Red about Shaisandan's possession of sword relics originally belonging to the First Hero, leading to a discussion about Asura Demons lacking Blessings and the final sword's disappearance.
Despite the loss of his right hand, Danan's combat capabilities remained undiminished due to the mastery granted by his Martial Artist Blessing. His relationships include mutual respect with Theodora Dephilio and a strong bond with Red, founded on recognition of Red's strategic contributions and personal integrity. Danan explicitly stated he would leave the party if Ruti chose to quit, aligning his loyalty with her decisions.
