OVA
Description
Menasor is forged from the five Stunticons—Motormaster, Dead End, Breakdown, Drag Strip, and Wildrider—as Megatron's powerful Decepticon weapon. His towering physical form merges the five, yet severe internal conflicts fracture his mental cohesion. Intense resentment from the four limb components toward leader Motormaster (who forms the torso), combined with their wildly divergent personalities and inherent instability, creates a fractured psyche. This makes Menasor highly unpredictable, prone to violent outbursts where he lashes out indiscriminately in combat or when overwhelmed by conflicting impulses. Despite this, he possesses immense physical strength, capable of 140-ton punches, and wields Motormaster’s cyclone gun alongside a 50,000-volt ionizer sword for close combat. His armor grants significant durability, rendering him nearly impervious to standard artillery.

In the *Scramble City* narrative, Menasor utilizes unique "Scramble Power," dynamically reconfiguring his limb components mid-battle. He can detach Wildrider and forcibly attach him as a leg to the Autobot combiner Superion, disrupting Superion’s formation and causing significant damage. This tactical adaptability showcases his capacity for unconventional warfare, though his inherent mental instability often overshadows strategic precision. During the conflict, Menasor gains an initial advantage over Superion using this ability but faces setbacks with Autobot reinforcements. His alliance with Bruticus enables a coordinated assault against the Autobots. However, their efforts are thwarted by the activation of the Autobots’ city-former, Metroplex, whose overwhelming firepower forces Menasor and Bruticus into retreat. The battle concludes with the emergence of the Decepticon city-former Trypticon, a cliffhanger unresolved within *Scramble City*.

Beyond *Scramble City*, Menasor appears in other Japanese media like the *Zone* OVA, serving as one of Violen Jygar’s "Nine Great Demon Generals." Enhanced with new weapons and power, he participates in planetary assaults, including the destruction of Planet Feminia alongside Abominus and Overlord. These later appearances, however, do not substantially expand his character development, focusing instead on his role as a destructive force within larger Decepticon campaigns. His core portrayal remains consistent: a physically formidable but psychologically fractured combiner whose effectiveness is hampered by the unresolved animosities of his components.
