Sugar is a four-inch-tall snow fairy apprentice from another realm. She possesses pink hair, expressive eyes shifting between purple and blue in different lights, and small translucent wings. Her signature attire features a fluffy white snow rabbit-inspired bonnet, a white dress adorned with a purple bow and rabbit-like tail accessory, matching booties decorated with snowflake embellishments, and a choker necklace bearing a snowflake motif. She carries a piccolo essential for weather manipulation and a purse functioning as hammerspace storage.
Her mission as a trainee season fairy specializing in snow generation is to locate an undefined "Twinkle" in the human world, aspiring to graduate into a full-fledged fairy like her mother, renowned for creating warm, cherished snow memories. Her training brings her to Muhlenburg, Germany, where she collapses from hunger and encounters 11-year-old Saga Bergmann.
