TV Special
Description
Norma stands as one of Saga Bergman's closest friends and classmates, sharing a strong bond with both Saga and Anne. Her defining passion is an intense obsession with fashion and the latest trends, driving her to frequently spend money on new items spotted in shops. This enthusiasm extends to actively assisting others with their style choices. Norma possesses a cheerful, friendly, and generally optimistic personality, though she is also highly sensitive, prone to easy tears when faced with disliked or upsetting situations. While typically lighthearted and a bit forgetful, she demonstrates seriousness regarding matters she genuinely enjoys.

A consistent pattern in her behavior is habitual tardiness, often arriving about five minutes late to events. She is frequently seen in Anne's company. Her sensitivity and occasional forgetfulness contribute to a somewhat bubble-headed demeanor.

Norma exhibits a deep passion for theater, particularly through her admiration for "The Bear Pianist," which led her to enlarge a picture of an actress from the play and seek an autograph. This interest culminates in her participation in Anne's school play, "Princess and Fairy," where she performs the role of a fairy. This theatrical involvement occurs during the events of the OVA Special "What's Your Heart Before & After."

Physically, Norma has mid-length blonde hair usually styled in pigtails secured with green ribbons, and blue eyes. Her standard attire includes:
* A white short-sleeved shirt featuring a red heart in the center, layered over a long-sleeved red turtleneck, paired with a jean skirt, a belt, knee knockers, red shoes, and short white socks.
* For the Muhlenberg Festival: A Dirndl consisting of a sleeveless white top with green and red stripes and red buttons, complemented by a white apron, cream socks, and Mary Jane shoes.
* For another event: A light blue Cinderella Maid costume, described as a light blue long-sleeved collared dress with a blue ribbon, paired with black ballet flats.

Her role remains consistent as Saga's supportive, fashion-enthusiast friend with a fondness for theater.
