Loof is a half-human, half-Genma hybrid, born as one of twin sons to the human Non and the demonic Maoh King; his conception resulted from Non's coerced agreement to spare her village. Exhibiting stronger Genma traits at birth, he was separated from his twin Jin and taken by the Genma to be raised as a prince within their caste.

Raised by the Maoh Queen Parome, whom he believed to be his biological mother, Loof enjoyed a privileged Genma existence. His initial demonic appearance featured pointed ears and blank eyes, but a sudden transformation rendered him fully human, leading to his banishment from the Genma court and forcing him into a fugitive life hunted by Genma forces.

During exile, Loof encountered Meena, a human resembling his mother Non. Their relationship began violently but evolved into mutual affection, resulting in Meena's pregnancy. Her death protecting him from attackers deeply affected him, strengthening his protective instincts towards companions like Pogo, a young human boy he rescued from slavery. These bonds softened his initial coldness towards humans.

Loof wields potent telekinetic abilities inherited from his Genma lineage, typically manifesting as psychokinesis. Activating these powers causes his eyes to emit a white, red, or gold glow. Emotionally charged situations, especially threats to loved ones, trigger more intense manifestations.

His journey culminated in confronting both the Maoh King and the Great Genma King. After defeating the Maoh King, Loof and Jin traveled to the past intending to halt Genma domination. This plan failed when Genma agents instigated global nuclear war. In the aftermath, Loof and Jin opposed the Great Genma King, reincarnated as Dar, who sought to manipulate them into perpetuating destruction. Their victory thwarted Dar's ascendancy but did not restore the original timeline. The twins remained in the altered future to oversee humanity's rebuilding.
