Description
Colonel Volcott O'Huey commands the Angel Troupe within the Transbaal Empire military, acting as both their leader and an occasional father figure. Nearing retirement, his patience with the team's eccentricities fluctuates, sometimes giving way to flustered irritation. Stress or panic triggers his habitual coping mechanism: vacuuming. His distinguished military past earned him the formidable battlefield moniker "the White Wolf." Mocking his mustache violently reawakens this aggressive younger self, unleashing extraordinary combat abilities where he repels gunfire with strikes and overwhelms opponents into becoming metaphorical "Loser Stones." He maintains a close bond with Forte Stollen, having rescued her from the streets as a child and facilitated her military career; they remain close friends and occasional mission partners. Beyond overseeing the Angel Troupe's often chaotic Lost Technology recovery missions, he plays chess with Normad and once competed in a costumed diving contest as "Valdmir Volcott." His leadership involves managing assignments while balancing a generally calm demeanor against the team's unpredictable antics and his resulting exasperation.
