Noted for bureaucratic acumen, he wields cunning maneuvers and politically charged rhetoric to navigate the empire’s hierarchy.

A key member of Emperor Zwordar’s inner circle, Razera conspires with allies like Sabera and Goenitz to erode Desler’s political standing. Their plot seeks to dismantle Desler’s influence and centralize authority, a scheme that ultimately draws Zwordar’s ire. Tasked with delivering Zwordar’s ultimatum to Earth, Razera commands a personal battleship escorted by destroyers. Earth’s defensive satellites fail to impede his advance, enabling him to breach Earth’s headquarters unimpeded.

When Earth’s leaders propose peace talks, Razera curtly dismisses their overtures, returning to relay their defiance. In response, Zwordar commands a display of imperial might by obliterating a segment of Earth’s moon, forcing humanity’s capitulation. As the Yamato crew thwarts the empire’s schemes, Zwordar disowns Razera and his co-conspirators, stranding them aboard the Gatlantis station to face annihilation during its catastrophic demise.
