Mitsuki Rara is the daughter of Hiroshi Rara and Ayuko Rara, and the parallel‑world counterpart of Mitsuki Sanada in the anime Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure. She initially serves the Rara Army under the flamboyant alter ego Miss Ra, acting as the army’s spokesperson and field commander. In this public persona she appears as a ruthless and theatrical warrior, but Mitsuki achieves this by placing herself into a trance; her true nature is quiet, gentle, and easily embarrassed. When the protagonist Kazuki Yotsuga is injured and captured by the Rara forces, Mitsuki personally nurses him back to health. Upon learning that he is an enemy pilot, she remembers that he once risked himself to save Miss Ra, and she helps him escape. This act of kindness leads to her defection to the Earth Defense Force, where she eventually becomes a Core Robot pilot.
