Description
Palparepa stands among the Sol Planetary Masters as a major antagonist opposing protagonist Guy Shishioh. His faction aims to rebuild their Trinary Solar System by absorbing universal dark matter via the Pas-Q Machine, heedless of the resulting collapse across other universes. Palparepa embodies both the philosophical and physical counterpoint to Guy.

His core ideology is extreme social darwinism, crystallized in the mantra: "the victor becomes God, the vanquished becomes the Devil." He believes strength inherently justifies dominance, equating weakness with evil. Palparepa frequently exhibits a god complex, declaring himself divine and branding perceived inferiors as demons. He rigidly adheres to his "might makes right" doctrine, accepting his own defeat as "the law of the material world."

Visually, Palparepa adopts a medical doctor motif. His right forearm mounts a large syringe serving as a blade, long-distance retrieval tool, and neural manipulator. A cylindrical apparatus housing his Loud G-Stone replaces his right eye. He can manifest butterfly-like wings. Upgrading to Palparepa Prajna renders his appearance grotesque, with prominent veins covering his body and his eye transforming into a solid red orb.

Palparepa specializes in neurochemical manipulation, developing compounds to affect nervous systems for brainwashing and bio-programming, demonstrated by his reprogramming of a Mamoru replica. His signature tools include Paras Particles, inducing extreme relaxation and unconsciousness in organic beings (though ineffective on cyborgs, Evoluders, and entities like Papillon Noir’s replica), and Chemical Bolts. Attached to the neck, these bolts exert mind control via chemical injection, capable of overriding even strong wills, as shown when he brainwashes Guy.

He pilots the super mechanoid Palparepa PLUS, later enhanced into the more aggressive Palparepa Prajna using Doping Cylinders; this upgrade amplifies his god complex while diminishing self-control. In combat, he employs techniques like "God and Devil" and unleashes Sol Wave attacks generated through cubic structures.

Palparepa drives critical events. After Mamuru steals the Q-Parts to thwart the Masters' plan, Palparepa reprograms a captured Mamoru replica to retrieve them. He later ambushes Guy, immobilizes him, and returns the Q-Parts to reactivate the Pas-Q Machine. On Repli-Earth, he releases Paras Particles to incapacitate GGG members, enabling infiltrations by other Masters. Palparepa lures Guy into traps, overpowering him initially through tactics like chemical attacks and hallucinations induced by Pei La Cain. After capturing and brainwashing Guy, he forces him to attack allies using a replicated GaoFighGar, though the replicated Brave robots break free and sacrifice themselves to protect their allies.

During the Shinjuku climax, his Palparepa Prajna battles Genesic GaoGaiGar. He injects Guy with crippling nanomachines and mocks GGG’s defeat. Guy reverses the nanomachines, exposing the Masters’ indirect tactics as rooted in fear of G-Stone technology, which converts courage into power. Enraged by Guy’s accusation of fearing humanity, Palparepa retorts, "What has a god to fear?!" before being overwhelmed. Guy destroys Palparepa Prajna with Genesic Hell and Heaven. Ejecting from the wreckage, Palparepa attempts a final blow by impaling Guy, but Guy shatters his Loud G-Stone core, killing him.

Pisa Sol subsequently mass-replicates him alongside other destroyed Masters, creating an army of Palparepa Prajnas. These replicants surround Guy only to be annihilated when he accesses the Goldion Crusher. The original Palparepa, witnessing Pisa Sol’s destruction, calmly accepts defeat as the inevitable outcome under his worldview before fading from existence with the other Masters. He holds the distinction of being the sole Sol Master not representing a specific Solar System planet.
