Description
Hana Hatsuno, Mamoru Amami's childhood friend, maintains a light-hearted, bubbly, and fun-loving nature despite extreme clumsiness. Her frequent perilous encounters often result in unconsciousness. She habitually repeats "I'm not scared," a coping mechanism taught by Mamoru during stress. Unaware of his involvement with the Zonder invasion, she is captured by Intestine Primeval, witnessing Mamoru in his Latio form. Initially fearing alien replacement, she learns the truth and becomes his steadfast supporter, enduring teasing about marriage. The series epilogue shows her bidding farewell to Mamoru in a wedding dress, sharing a kiss before his departure with Galeon.

In King of Braves GaoGaiGar FINAL, Hana discovers the wounded Ikumi Kaidou during a walk with Yosef's puppies and shelters him. She questions him about Mamoru's actions and whereabouts. Throughout Earth's crisis, she remains determined to reunite with Mamoru, a wish fulfilled at the finale when she stands with him and Ikumi at a memorial for missing GGG members. She sings the first verse of "Someday in the Sea of Stars: Character Version" during the ending.

Set ten years later in King of Kings: GaoGaiGar VS Betterman, Hana joins the Gutsy Global Guard as mobile unit lead operator for GaoGaiGo, alongside Mamoru and Ikumi. Initially nervous and panicky in her new role, she adopts a distinctive double-fist button-smashing technique for activating the Final Fusion Program Drive. Her relationship with Mamoru progresses to marriage. During the story, she experiences a surprise pregnancy initially mistaken for Zonuda transformation symptoms. She demonstrates increased capability by coordinating the Goldion Armor's launch in sync with Alouette Pommier. By the conclusion, she and Mamoru welcome a child named Tsubasa.

Hana shares a close bond with Mamoru, evolving from childhood friendship to marriage and parenthood. Her cousin Ayame Hatsuno often inadvertently involves her in perilous situations. She maintains lifelong friendships with Ikumi Kaidou and Sueo Ushiyama, all joining the GGG program together.
