Description
Julicaesar commands the Mycenae Empire's Superhuman Warrior Beasts as their General, leading the empire's largest military faction. He holds high authority among the Seven Great Generals and stands as the most trusted subordinate and right hand of the Great General of Darkness, exhibiting unwavering loyalty to the empire's leadership.

In his original television series depiction, Julicaesar manifests as a large purple-skinned humanoid warrior adorned in Roman-inspired armor. His defining features include a flaming circular crest on his head, his true face positioned on his chest, and body-mounted turbines enabling short-distance flight. His personality centers on absolute loyalty to the Great General of Darkness, executing orders without question. He strikes ruthlessly against enemies but reportedly disdains unfair combat. His combat abilities feature throwing his head as a projectile weapon, amplified by the crest's flames, and wielding daggers for close combat or throwing. Throughout the series, he deploys Warrior Beasts against the Great Mazinger, consistently meeting failure. His final appearance occurs during the Great Marshall of Hell's briefing for the ultimate battle; he is presumed dead afterward and does not return. The manga continuity details his death during an assault on the Science Fortress Laboratory. The television series finale confirms his demise during the combined assault on the Demonica fortress, killed alongside other Mycenae leaders by the combined attacks of Great Mazinger, Mazinger Z, Venus A, and Diana A.

An alternate version appears in the *Mazinkaiser* OVA continuity, featuring a redesigned appearance with black-and-white armor accented by yellow padding. His true face is smaller and attached to a notably larger flaming crest, maintaining the Roman armor aesthetic while altering the color scheme and proportions. His core personality trait of loyalty to the empire persists. His primary weapon here is the ability to throw his flaming crest in a boomerang-like fashion, capable of penetrating heavy armor. Documented actions include effortlessly defeating Baion β in Egypt. He later reappears at the ruins of the Photon Power Laboratory, attempting to intercept and destroy the descending Kaiser Pilder before it links with Mazinkaiser. This attempt fails, and he is subsequently destroyed by Mazinkaiser's Rust Tornado attack.
