Description
Stealth Robo, designated MR-X00L, originated as the first Machine Robo developed for a military project spearheaded by Brad Bitou and Hikaru Suidōbashi, aiming to advance combat and space flight AI. The project suffered catastrophic failure during Stealth Robo's launch, leading to its abandonment; the exact circumstances remain unclear, though vague connections exist to an incident causing Tōru Suidōbashi's paraplegia.

Recovered after the accident by Doctor Kaiser, who altered its core AI programming and adopted the identity Kaiser-G, the damaged robot was taken to Hell Island. Repaired there, Stealth Robo was integrated into Kaiser-G's antagonistic organization, the Disasters. Paired with Jay, an orphaned boy brainwashed as a Disasters agent, the robot deployed significant combat capabilities including space flight, cloaking technology, Shooting Bullet beam cannons, and Burst Tempest missiles. It could combine with four Tank Robo Supporter units to form Hyper Stealth Robo.

Initially opposing the Machine Robo Rescue (MRR) teams while serving the Disasters, Stealth Robo and Jay underwent a pivotal shift. Professor Tōru Suidōbashi, despite potential links between his injuries and the robot's past, intervened. He rebuilt and reprogrammed Stealth Robo, redesignating it V Stealth Robo (the "V" signifying victory). This transformation repurposed the unit for rescue operations and enabled its integration into MRR alongside Jay, who reformed and joined. This formed the specialized MRR Stealth team.

As V Stealth Robo, it gained new combination capabilities: merging with Power Wing and Mega Booster components to form Hyper V Stealth Robo, and uniting with Machine Commander Robo under the "Victory Plan" conceived by Professor Suidōbashi and Chief Bitou to create Machine Commander Robo V, designed for large-scale rescue and defense. Throughout its MRR service, V Stealth Robo forged a strong partnership with Jay, sharing the trait of "survivor naturals" – an innate ability to endure extreme danger – central to their effectiveness. Background elements concerning the period between its initial failure and reappearance with the Disasters remain unresolved.
