He participates in pivotal battles against major foes, including the final confrontation against the primary antagonist Ryutaro Demon (also known as Professor D), contributing directly to the group's success. An aspect of Tongo's background involves him visiting a grave marked with the Chinese numeral for 14, implying a connection to Assobot #14 and suggesting emotional depth or historical awareness. Demonstrating loyalty to the group, he chooses to accompany Goku and the others back to the past upon the quest's conclusion, adhering to the principle that the bandit group should never separate.
