She initially served as an antagonist within Ryutaro Demon's Quartet before joining Goku's group. She possesses a pet named Saati that transforms into a hoverboard for transportation. Her combat abilities rely on candy-based attacks, including bubblegum bombs and chocolate men. After collecting six keys, she unlocks a magical umbrella granting flight, functioning as a shield, and hypnotizing targets, though she rarely employs the hypnosis.

Mioto has a younger sister named Shion, also an assobot and former Quartet member.
