Description
Abdullah emerges as a recurring antagonist, a sorcerer aligned with the Horrus Empire who loudly proclaims himself "the best wizard in Baghdad." This boast is frequently undercut by his own limitations. He presents as short, overweight, and entirely hairless. His magical power relies exclusively on specialized bills affixed to his head, usually hidden beneath his turban; without these bills, his magic fails entirely. He wields notable artifacts: a magic lamp containing a genie and a functional flying carpet, both regularly employed in his endeavors.

His driving ambition is the repeated kidnapping of Princess Shalala of Baghdad, aiming to force her into marriage with his unnamed master. This goal propels the plot, demanding escapes across time and space. Abdullah exploits dimensional holes generated by Tondekeman, a sentient time-travel device shaped like a kettle, often commandeering it to facilitate his getaways. While he frequently achieves initial success in capturing the princess or securing Tondekeman, his schemes inevitably collapse, resulting in his return to Baghdad and thwarted objectives.

Abdullah's personality mixes cunning with consistent ineptitude. He displays opportunism, evidenced by actions like concealing Tondekeman within his own belly for tactical gain. He also shares a peculiar affinity for lizard tails with his lamp's Genie. Throughout his appearances, Abdullah undergoes no substantive character evolution or background expansion, remaining a comedic yet persistent adversary whose foiled plans drive the protagonists' time-traveling adventures.
